1. What payment methods do you accept?

Whichever is easiest for you works for us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.


We don’t accept returns from international locations like HI, PR, AK, GU, or VI.

3. I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Why?

Sometimes items in the same order ship in separate packages so they can reach you faster.
Don’t worry — the rest of your items are still on the way.

If you don’t receive anything, just message us and we’ll look it up for you right away.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 90-day wear-test guarantee.
If your EVO Comfort shoes don’t feel right, softer, warmer, or easier on your steps, you can return them within 90 days.

6. How long does shipping take?

Most orders take 8–12 business days to arrive, depending on where you live.

Here’s a simple guide:

  • USA: 8–12 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 8–20 business days
  • Other countries: Around 20 business days

During the holiday season or big sales, processing may take an extra 24–48 hours.
We always try our best to ship as quickly as we can.

7. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouses in North America and Asia.
Your order will ship from the closest warehouse with available inventory, this helps it reach you faster.

8. What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
